MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory Alert 201128.90 (trigger No 1657315919,18h 38m 24.00s , -23d 30m 00.0s, R=3) errorbox 1 days 9317 sec after notice time and 1 days 10378 sec after trigger time at 2020-11-30 00:24:57 UT, with upper limit up to 15.7 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 73 deg. The sun altitude is -12.3 deg.

The galactic latitude b = -8 deg., longitude l = 11 deg.
