MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory Alert 201008.47 (trigger No 1652872203,23h 08m 00.00s , -20d 18m 00.0s, R=3) errorbox  3695 sec after notice time and 4296 sec after trigger time at 2020-10-08 12:21:39 UT, with upper limit up to  16.2 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 79 deg. The sun  altitude  is -18.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -66 deg., longitude l = 45 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
