MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB210712.40 (trigger No 647775795,07h 28m 31.20s , -32d 25m 12.0s, R=6.44) errorbox  3249 sec after notice time and 3283 sec after trigger time at 2021-07-12 10:37:54 UT, with upper limit up to  16.8 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 74 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -7 deg., longitude l = 246 deg.
