MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB210730.21 (trigger No 649313854,09h 54m 55.20s , +73d 06m 00.0s, R=2.61) errorbox  47717 sec after notice time and 47748 sec after trigger time at 2021-07-30 18:13:17 UT, with upper limit up to  17.8 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 52 deg. The sun  altitude  is -10.5 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 39 deg., longitude l = 138 deg.
