MASTER II  robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) 
located in SAAO was starting survey on the Antares   neutrino 
Alert180713.02 error-box (ra=07 53 16 dec=-44 19 01 r=1.8312)  7 days 
15734 sec after notice time and 7 days 15755 sec after trigger time at 
2018-07-21 16:44:30 UT. The 5-sigma upper limit on our second (180s 
exposure)  set is about 17.2 mag

The observations made on zenit distance = 70 degrees, galaxy latitude b = 
-8 degree.
The moon (69 % bright part) is 64 degrees above the horizon. The distance 
between  moon and  object is 96
Observations started at twilight.
The sun  altitude  is -11.3 degree.
The object can be observed till sunrise at 2018-07-22 05:31:45.
