MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190531.57 (trigger No 581002688, 17h 46m 45.60s , +40d 45m 00.00s, R=17.54) errorbox  46204 sec after trigger time at 2019-06-01 02:28:07 UT, with upper limit up to  20.4 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 13 deg. The sun  altitude  is -35.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
