MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190615.64 (trigger No 582304592, 12h 45m 36.00s , +49d 22m 48.00s, R=2.32) errorbox  2748 sec after trigger time at 2019-06-15 16:02:15 UT, with upper limit up to  18.2 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 49 deg. The sun  altitude  is -16.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
