MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190619.23 (trigger No 582615488, 19h  6m 07.20s , +55d 34m 12.00s, R=22.2) errorbox  42950 sec after trigger time at 2019-06-19 17:33:53 UT, with upper limit up to  18.0 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance =  9 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
