MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190712.09 (trigger No 584590606, 19h 13m 33.60s , +56d  9m 00.00s, R=7.59) errorbox  502 sec after notice time and 532 sec after trigger time at 2019-07-12 02:25:33 UT, with upper limit up to  18.9 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 32 deg. The sun  altitude  is -36.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
