MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190712.63 (trigger No 584637077,  2h 59m 36.00s , -23d 58m 59.88s, R=37.0167) errorbox  40943 sec after trigger time at 2019-07-13 02:33:35 UT, with upper limit up to  18.1 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 57 deg. The sun  altitude  is -38.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
