MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190713.48 (trigger No 584710308,  0h 33m 07.99s , +67d 18m 00.00s, R=7.4167) errorbox  25156 sec after trigger time at 2019-07-13 18:30:59 UT, with upper limit up to  15.6 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 62 deg. The sun  altitude  is -10.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
