MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190719.11 (trigger No 585196946,  8h 15m 43.20s , -30d 48m 36.00s, R=5.22) errorbox  28512 sec after trigger time at 2019-07-19 10:37:33 UT, with upper limit up to  17.2 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 75 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
