The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB
At 00:43:56 UT on 24 Jul 2019, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 190724A (trigger 585621841.792286 / 190724031).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 170.4, Dec = 15.2 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 11h 21m, 15d 11'), with a statistical uncertainty of 13.6 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 36.0 degrees.
