MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190728.27 (trigger No 585988241, 23h 46m 45.60s , + 5d 25m 48.00s, R=5.69) errorbox  38 sec after notice time and 67 sec after trigger time at 2019-07-28 06:31:43 UT, with upper limit up to  19.0 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 40 deg. The sun  altitude  is -62.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
