observed S190728q (LIGO GCN 21187) since 2019-07-28 07:00:29 UT (Lipunov et al. GCN 25183).

MASTER database has previous outbursts of Zwicky Transient Facility (ZTF) 
OT  ZTF19abjethn=AT2019lvs (Kasliwal et al. GCN25199, R.A.,Dec=326.395431 +20.690590) 
since 2010, preliminary automatic MASTER unfiltered photometry is the 
following 
(W=0.2B+0.8R calibrated by USNO-B1 B2,R2 thousands field stars)
