MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190804.79 (trigger No 586638042,  4h 20m 48.00s , +44d  5m 24.00s, R=3.75) errorbox  2734 sec after notice time and 2764 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-04 19:46:41 UT, with upper limit up to  17.2 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 80 deg. The sun  altitude  is -22.7 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
