MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190821.89 (trigger No 588115134, 16h 12m 04.08s , +26d 57m 00.00s, R=16.08) errorbox  74933 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-22 18:07:42 UT, with upper limit up to  17.2 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 79 deg. The sun  altitude  is -24.3 deg. 

MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190821.89 errorbox  82369 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-22 20:11:38 UT, with upper limit up to  18.8 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 56 deg. The sun  altitude  is -30.3 deg. 

MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190821.89 errorbox  85904 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-22 21:10:33 UT, with upper limit up to  19.1 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 62 deg. The sun  altitude  is -35.2 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
