The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 07:57:31 UT on 31 Aug 2019, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 190831A (trigger 588931056.191116 / 190831332).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 65.6, Dec = 14.9 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 04h 22m, 14d 54'), with a statistical uncertainty of 5.0 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 99.0 degrees.
