MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190901.89 (trigger No 589065714,14h 41m 12.000s , +00d 55m 48.00s, R=1) errorbox  546 sec after notice time and 579 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-01 21:31:28 UT, with upper limit up to  19.0 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 70 deg. The sun  altitude  is -27.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
