MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190907.63 (trigger No 589561732,03h 59m 31.992s , -31d 52m 00.12s, R=34.75) errorbox  9663 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-07 17:49:50 UT, with upper limit up to  18.4 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 73 deg. The sun  altitude  is -32.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
