MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190919.76 (trigger No 590610007,23h 49m 26.400s , -21d 49m 12.00s, R=2.49) errorbox  497 sec after notice time and 581 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-19 18:29:43 UT, with upper limit up to  19.0 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 56 deg. The sun  altitude  is -25.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
