MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory Alert 191016.51 (06h 08m 48.000s , -08d 24m 00.00s, R=3) errorbox  34218 sec after trigger time at 2019-10-16 21:49:27 UT, with upper limit up to  17.5 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 73 deg. The sun  altitude  is -48.2 deg. 

MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory Alert 191016.51 errorbox  34556 sec after trigger time at 2019-10-16 21:55:05 UT, with upper limit up to  17.8 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 72 deg. The sun  altitude  is -53.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
