reports on behalf of the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor Team:

“The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggers 594523229/191104056
at 01:20:24.06 UT and 594528816/191104120 at 02:53:31.39 on 04 November
2019, tentatively classified as a GRBs, are in fact not due to GRBs.
These triggers are most likely due to an SGR."
