The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 00:04:37 UT on 8 Nov 2019, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 191108A (trigger 594864282.595766 / 191108003).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 232.9, Dec = 10.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 15h 31m, 10d 48'), with a statistical uncertainty of 17.4 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 62.0 degrees.
