MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory Alert 191211.1 (trigger No 1626747944,19h 53m 36.00s , +34d 42m 00.0s, R=3) errorbox  70056 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-11 21:53:20 UT, with upper limit up to  15.2 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 80 deg. The sun  altitude  is -13.0 deg. 

The galactic latitude b =  3 deg., longitude l = 71 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
