MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) was pointed to the IceCube Alert 191215.47 (19h 07m 58.44s , +58d 18m 53.3s, R=0.7877) errorbox  62 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-15 11:10:59 UT, with upper limit up to  15.0 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 38 deg. The sun  altitude  is -19.3 deg. 

MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) was pointed to the IceCube Alert 191215.47 errorbox  175 sec after notice time and 248 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-15 11:14:06 UT, with upper limit up to  17.7 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 50 deg. The sun  altitude  is -34.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 21 deg., longitude l = 89 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.

Filter C is a clear (unfiltred) band.
