We report the MASTER-Kislovodsk
observation of AT2019wxt (PS19hgw) PanSTARR OT optical transient inside
80% probability contour of the compact binary merger event S191213g (The
LIGO Scientific Collaboration and the Virgo Collaboration, GCN 26402).

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system detected OT source at (RA, Dec)
= 01h 55m 41.97s +31d 25m 03.8s on 2019-12-18.72697 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is ~20m (limit 20.2m).

The OT is seen in ~18 images. There is no minor planet at this place.

The observation and reduction will continue. The message may be cited.
