The Swift Ultra-Violet/Optical Telescope  began observing the field
at 05:47:43 UT, 82.5 seconds after BAT trigger 171931 (Barthelmy
et al. GCN 4315).

The 200s V-band image shows no optical counterpart within the
XRT positional error circle (Barthelmy et al. GCN 4315).
