The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB

At 03:52:58 UT on 21 Feb 2020, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 200221A (trigger 603949983.711252 / 200221162).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 157.1, Dec = 33.1 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 10h 28m, 33d 06'), with a statistical uncertainty of 5.0 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 122.0 degrees.
