The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 19:32:03 UT on 23 Feb 2020, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 200223A (trigger 604179128.242596 / 200223814).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 248.4, Dec = -55.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 16h 33m, -55d 47'), with a statistical uncertainty of 7.5 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 44.0 degrees.
