AGILE Team:

The AGILE satellite detected the long burst GRB 200505A, also reported
by Fermi/GBM (GCN #27689; trigger 610415449.084498/200505994) at
T0 = 2020-05-05 23:50:44 (UT).

The event is visible in the scientific ratemeters of the SuperAGILE (SA;
20-60 keV) detector. The event lasted ~15 s and released a total number of
~630 counts in the SA ratemeters (above a background of ~75 Hz). The SA
ratemeters light curve can be found at
https://tools.ssdc.asi.it/ImgView/Agile/SARatDet1-4-SUM_SciRat_zoom200505A26
.

Additional analysis of AGILE data is in progress.
