The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 03:16:21 UT on 16 Oct 2020, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 201016B (trigger 624510986.143038 / 201016136).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 8.0, Dec = -31.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 00h 32m, -31d 48'), with a statistical uncertainty of 4.6 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 83.0 degrees.
