MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory Alert 201223.60 (trigger No 1659450522,19h 51m 12.00s , -62d 00m 00.0s, R=3) errorbox  36229 sec after notice time and 36556 sec after trigger time at 2020-12-24 00:37:58 UT, with upper limit up to  17.0 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 65 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.5 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -31 deg., longitude l = 335 deg.
