The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB
At 15:20:12 UT on 29 Dec 2020, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 201229B (trigger 630948017.705592 / 201229639).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 340.4, Dec = -52.0 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 22h 41m, -52d 00'), with a statistical uncertainty of 1.3 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 19.0 degrees.
