MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB201231.62 (trigger No 631119348,08h 18m 28.80s , +39d 03m 36.0s, R=17.94) errorbox  37186 sec after notice time and 37215 sec after trigger time at 2021-01-01 01:15:58 UT, with upper limit up to  18.1 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 33 deg. The sun  altitude  is -84.6 deg. 

MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB201231.62 errorbox  1 days 16396 sec after notice time and 1 days 16425 sec after trigger time at 2021-01-01 19:29:28 UT, with upper limit up to  16.9 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 38 deg. The sun  altitude  is -54.9 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 34 deg., longitude l = 182 deg.
