Further analysis of the Swift-BAT trigger (trigger=219136)
at 17:26:13 UT on 14 July 2006 (GCN circular 5313, Krimm et al)
confirms that this event is not due to a GRB or any other
astrophysical source.  This trigger is due to a cosmic ray shower event
in the instrument.
