Please ignore all Swift-XRT Notices between 17:10 - 17:40 UT 31 Oct 06.

XRT was conducting a test of their new boresight alignment matrix
by slewing to known sources.  GCN was put into a mode to block all
XRT-based notices to the world distribution.  But there was a 
software problem in GCN which allowed some of them to get out.
This is being investigated and will be fixed for any future testing.
Normal GCN activities are still operating correctly -- this was only
due to the special content of the XRT TDRSS data during this alignment test.
