The Swift-BAT trigger 250908 (S. B. Pandey, et al. GCN Circ. 5918)
at 12:16:53 UT, on 14 DEC 2006 is not a GRB. It is due to a cosmic
ray shower in the spacecraft.  All 29 events recorded in the BAT
detector array occurred within a single 100 microsecond
timestamp interval.
