S.Mereghetti (IASF-Milano) and N.Mowlavi (ISDC-Versoix) on behalf 
of the IBAS Localization Team reports:

IBAS Alert n. 4047 is not caused by a GRB but it is
due to a known source. The attitude information was incorrect at
the time of the trigger, so it was not filtered out.
