[vsnet-newvar 7991] New interesting star

Hello
I found a very weird star at:
07 59 15.27 -31 08 44.6
The attached ASAS-SN curve doesn't have recent data. I also have WISE
images, also attached here. From those, we can see the star brightening up
from 2010 to 2019. What do you think it can be? I also reported it to VSX
as NGCA-V84 (still not added). Both the star and the nebula seem to be
variable. In DECaPS images there is also a shockwave-like feature in the
nebula visible in DSS2 NIR (but i'm not sure) and in DECaPS.
