OT J135716.8-093239 = Catalina transient

 Catalina has detected a new transient.  Although this ouburst seems
to be the first outburst since CSS started, SDSS counterpart is reported
to be 22.0. According to this minimum magnitude, this may be a new dwarf 
nova.
