Dear Friends,

Within the framework of our Vendégcsillag-kereső (Guest Star Hunter)
programme , using VaST [1] I've discovered a new LPV on my khi Cyg images:

-------------
Vend341
-------------
Mag range: 11.5: - 11.8: R1 (~13.1 - <14.5 TG)
Type: M:
Coordinates: 19 44 45.81 +33 28 00.2 (J2000.0)

NSVS magnitudes are strongly contaminated by several nearby stars including
GSC 02660-02905 (V= 15.6; sep. 7"), 2MASS J19444648+3328173 (V= 15.0; sep.
19"), GSC 02660-00486 (V= 12.71; sep. 25"), 2MASS J19444811+3327585 (V=
14.7; sep. 29") and 2MASS J19444696+3328437 (V= 14.3; sep. 46"). The range
given in the table is for the combined light of at least 20 stars brighter
than V= 17.5. J-K=2.35. It is probably a carbon mira with its amplitude
strongly reduced by the nearby stars.

My DSLR photomery suggests a preliminary range of 13.1 - <14.5 TG.

Further observations with longer focus CCD or DSLR cameras in order to
determine the real range and the period of this star are encouraged.
