[vsnet-newvar 4777] Vend3 - another variable near Nova Cyg 2014

Vend3, a new SR variable has been recently added into VSX:

Mag. range: 11.0 - 11.4 R1
Type: SR
Period: 312: days
Coordinates: 20 23 42.796 +31 15 20.06 (J2000.0)

Discovered accidentally when I was looking for comparison stars for Vend558.
