ASASSN-18qg: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Tamas Tordai, Itoh-san, Javier Ruiz, Tonny Vanmunster
and Stephen Brincat have reported observations.
The object started showing superhumps on Aug. 4.
The current period is 0.0664(1) d, but the data
quality is not yet sufficient.  We hope to obtain
a better period when more data are available.
