   The object showed outbursts in the ASAS-SN data.

   It looks like an SS Cyg-type object.

   There are two entries in Gaia.  Although the parallax error
is large, the brighter object looks too distant for a dwarf nova
with this magnitude.  The parallax is either larger or
the fainter component may be the true CV.
