MGAB-V1252: IW And star

   ZTF data show heartbeat state in 2018 (cycle length
about 25-30 d).  IW And-type brightening from standstill
and deep fadings in 2019 (cycle length about 45 d).
These deep fadings were wrongly considered as eclipses.
