   When you wish to unsubscribe from the list, please don't return a request
message to the message sender.  Either follow the instruction as written
in the message header (or the list web page), or send a message to
nogami at kwasan.kyoto-u.ac.jp, the "Power" dancing on the web.

   I can relay the message to the "Power", but it will be a slower process
than what can be done with the formal protocol.

   And from a somewhat different viewpoint, please consider subscribing to
the Kyoto Protocol (Kyoto treaty), which took into effect this February.
