The star is clearly variable in the NSVS data
http://skydot.lanl.gov/nsvs/star.php?num=14029623&mask=32020
with an amplitude of about 0.2 mag on a time scale of ~140 days. It is
very faint and noisy in the ASAS3 data
http://www.astrouw.edu.pl/cgi-asas/asas_variable/190447+0516.5,asas3,0,0,500,0,0
so they don't reveal anything. It is very red with b-r ~ 4 and V-R ~ 3, so
is almost certainly an LPV.
