[vsnet-obs 60669] HR Car Faint State

Good afternoon.

The SDOR star HR Car has shown a general decline since the maximum of 2000
November and appears to have shown a recent drop in brightness to be at its
faintest since October 1995.  Long term AAVSO visual light curve shows the
following general behaviour.

1988 December magnitude 9 at minimum
1991 July magnitude 7.5 at maximum
1995 October magnitude 9 at minimum
2000 November magnitude 7.3 at maximum
2008 January magnitude 9 at minimum
