[vsnet-obs 62447] V1309 Sco Rapid Decline and GU Sgr Steady

A rapid decline of V1309 Sco (nova Sco 2008) was reported in vsnet-alert
10562, confirmed by the below visual observations.  Also, GU Sgr (RCB) was
reported to have dropped suddenly in vsnet-alert 10557 but has shown little
change in the last 2 nights.
